Progress in my crush on Netflix
I do not have time for a "real" blog post today-- I am completely overwhelmed because I regrettably took a day off yesterday-- but I just had to take a minute to share this article, which Kris passed on to me.
If you don't want to read it, the short version: Netflix decided to nix the ability to have multiple queues on one account. Users started a petition, and here's where the story veers wildly from the norm: Netflix listened and put the functionality back up there.
Here's a little tale I had already told about my coworker and her love for the individual queue. I know she'll be thrilled to read that it's not going anywhere. And as for me, I don't even use the freakin' feature, but I will light an extra candle in the Red Envelope Shrine in my closet tonight.

I wish I had signed the petition or written a letter for this particular issue. BUT, inspired by your stories about Netflix being awesome and listening to customers, I wrote to them yesterday to request more options for reviewing movies (as we discussed).
